viptaka Terms and Conditions

1 General Introduction and Applicability

viptaka is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the viptaka website and mobile application.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you (the member or user) and the viptaka platform. From the moment you register on the site or begin using any service, you are considered to be in full agreement with these Terms.

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines carry equal force and are considered an inseparable part of these Terms.

viptaka reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be considered effective from the date they are published on this page.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility to Register

The following conditions must be met to open an account on viptaka:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• A person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, viptaka has the right to close all of them.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Accounts are for personal use only; use for commercial purposes is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

viptaka reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the viptaka support team immediately. viptaka will not be liable for any loss resulting from a member's failure to take reasonable care.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposits

Deposits on viptaka are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. This minimum applies regardless of the method used.

Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits made through a third party may be cancelled and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a withdrawal request is received, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Withdrawal may not be possible before the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met. For details, see the bonus section (Section 5).

viptaka reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious transactions until additional verification is completed.

3.3 Responsibility

viptaka is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect payment details provided by the member. For any transaction-related issues, the support team can be contacted 24 hours a day via live chat or email.

4 Game and Betting Rules

The viptaka platform offers various categories of games including slots, live casino, sports betting (cricket, football, and more), fishing games, and crash games. Each game has its own applicable rules.

4.1 Bets and Results

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. For sports betting, the odds published by viptaka are final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded, though viptaka may determine exceptions to this.

4.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a server error, disconnection, or any other technical issue, viptaka reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. viptaka is not obligated to pay out any incorrect winnings displayed in such circumstances.

4.3 Unfair Advantage

If a member attempts to gain an advantage by exploiting technical loopholes, using bots or automated software, or by any other dishonest means, that account will be suspended immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

viptaka offers various bonuses for new and regular members. Each bonus has specific conditions, and winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and a total of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) must be wagered to become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

viptaka offers various other promotions including weekly deposit gifts, slot festival bonuses, cricket betting promotions, birthday special gifts, and referral rewards. The specific terms of each offer are stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• viptaka reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after it expires.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

By playing regularly on viptaka, members can advance to Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum VIP levels. Each level comes with a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback means receiving back a portion of the net loss for that week, calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses. Example: a Gold level member who suffers a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive up to ৳220 (৳20,000 × 1.1%) in cashback. Cashback is credited to the account automatically.

Decisions on VIP level changes are entirely at viptaka's discretion, and prolonged inactivity may result in a level being reduced.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viptaka platform. If any such activity is detected, the account may be immediately suspended and legal action may be taken:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage viptaka's services or reputation.
• Placing bets or making deposits using a third party's account.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

A member may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw their balance before closing the account.

viptaka reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If the member fails to cooperate with identity verification.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• If required to comply with instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

When an account is suspended, access to the balance may be restricted until the investigation is complete.

9 Responsible Gaming and Self-Restrictions

viptaka believes that gaming is entertainment, not an addiction. Members can use tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and temporary breaks to keep their gaming activity in check.

11 Limitation of Liability

viptaka is not liable for any financial loss a member incurs as a result of gaming. Gaming is a risk-bearing activity and each member is responsible for their own decisions.

viptaka is not obligated to pay compensation for issues caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or other external factors. However, the support team can be contacted to seek a fair resolution in such situations.

The maximum liability is limited to the amount the member deposited in the relevant transaction.

All content on the viptaka platform — including logos, designs, text, software code, and other materials — is covered by viptaka's copyright. Members may not copy, modify, or distribute this content beyond personal use.

The intellectual property of content belonging to third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, etc.) remains with those respective companies. viptaka is only licensed to use their services.

14 Changes to Terms and Termination

viptaka may change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. These Terms as a whole constitute the complete agreement between viptaka and the member, and replace any prior oral or written understandings.
